Terms of Service

Effective date: August 2025

1. Definitions

“Service” means any of the websites or applications operated by BlueMails Hub: HugeMails.eu, LinkCircle.eu, EngineAI.eu and VectorForge.ro . “User” means any person or entity that registers or otherwise uses the Service.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any part of the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Companies must be validly incorporated in the EU or EEA.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at abuse@bluemails.eu if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, phishing, malware or any unlawful content via HugeMails
• Use LinkCircle to link to pornography, gambling, hate speech or any site that violates EU law
• Scrape, crawl or reverse-engineer EngineAI content without written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Payment and refunds

HugeMails: prepaid pay-per-email credit, no expiry, non-refundable except duplicate charges. LinkCircle: free of charge. EngineAI: free of charge. All prices are in EUR or USD and include VAT where applicable.

7. Uptime guarantee

We guarantee 99.9 % monthly uptime. If we fall below, you may request a service credit equal to 5 % of the affected prepaid balance for each full hour of downtime, max 100 % of the month.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software are owned by BlueMails SRL. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during the term of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueMails SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueMails SRL from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate Section 5 (Acceptable Use) or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Prepaid balance will be forfeited except for duplicate charges.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
